Consultant Position: Customer Journey Expert for Customer Data
You will be part of the area “Customer Data”, in the Digital Business Banking Tribe. We provide our customers with digital and user friendly processes which are at the same time compliant with the regulatory requirements related to the management of the personal data of our customers.
We ensure that these data are well managed, up to date, protected and not accessible for non-authorized people. 2022 will be for us a critical year where we will continue our journey of digitalizing our processes specifically for professional customers.
In this context, we are looking for a consultant to work in the squad “Be Holders” whose purpose is to deliver and manage end to end customer journeys related to agreement holdership.

The mission consists in the review of the credit bankruptcy journey. Both companies and self-employed are concerned.

Wat je gaat doen

  • Redesigning the end-to-end process: Being able to analyse an as-is situation, propose & implement improvements
  • Taking into account the bank’s risk appetite, legislation and regulatory frameworks
  • Designing and implementing business as well as technical improvements (for example, digitalisation and streamlining of the data update in our database, or robotisation of outgoing messages towards clients)
  • Defining clear accountability and responsibility between different stakeholders intervening in the process
  • Detailing workplace instructions as well as potential risks and controls to be put in place
  • Taking care of the communication and training of staff members;
  • Respecting the deadline of September 15th.
  • Managing your stakeholders in terms of expectations, dependencies, buy-in and make sure the delivered solution fit the customers’ needs
  • Working together with your squad members having different expertise in order to make the change happen
  • Delivering both minor and major improvements together with your team, while retaining full end-to-end responsibility over every delivery

Profiel

  • Have at least 5 years of relevant working experience (Digitalization and optimization of processes, Business Analysis)
  • Demonstrate a confirmed experience in project delivery in an environment highly driven by risk management and compliance
  • Have a can-do attitude, be autonomous and proactive, take and execute decisions
  • Be Tech savvy, experienced in working with the IT world
  • Be analytical minded and solutions oriented
  • Be open to give and receive feedback
  • Be customer focused
  • Collaborate with people and manage stakeholders
  • Be fluent in English as well as French and/or Dutch.

Vereiste vaardigheden

  • Master’s degree
  • English proficiency AND Dutch And/or French
