To support the plant and production, we are looking for a consultant with interest to work as a Continuous Improvement lead.

The impact you will make in this role:

Responsible for monitoring, maintaining and supporting various business

processes.

  • SAP Support.
  • Central point of contact for the site.
  • Support projects that impact the site.
  • Managing and strengthening superUser network.
  • Information sharing.
  • Updating JAs
  • Develop database for first line support (information availability)
  • Continuity productivity tools (shiftbook, QC results, trailer follow-up, reports from Prime Time, ...)
  • System support of critical systems & SQL databases
  • Develop migration to corporate tools (e.g. Power apps) where possible according to priority/urgent
  • Co-design and implement backup strategy
  • Continuous improvement of business processes.
  • SAP-EWM support after handover.
  • Co-owner/contact Prime Time in support of HR/payroll (technical).
  • Reports into the Operations structure.

Requirement:

  • Master/engineer or equivalent through experience.
  • Knowledge of existing business tools and processes.
  • Experience and knowledge of SAP processes is a plus.
  • IT knowledge/experience is a big plus.
  • Ability to work independently - with a minimum of guidance - and in groups.
  • Where necessary, be able to set priorities in consultation.
  • Able to start and monitor projects independently
