As we expand from a European leader in airport equipment solutions to a global powerhouse, our business is growing rapidly and with that comes an increased need for effective legal oversight, particularly in managing commercial contracts.The Contract Lawyer will play a pivotal role in shaping the contract management processes for our fast-growing, private-equity-backed service company. You will be a key partner in providing business-focused, practical, and legally sound advice to senior management and cross-functional teams in a evolving environment. Your success will depend on your ability to collaborate across departments and provide strategic contract support that aligns business objectives with legal compliance.???? A snapshot of what you will be doing here:Reporting to the General Counsel & Company Secretary, your responsibilities will include:

• Advising senior management on the legal implications of key strategic decisions with a particular focus on commercial contracts
• Providing contract-related support to various teams (Commercial, Operations, and Asset Management) by drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of contracts, including NDAs, rental agreements, purchasing contracts, distribution/agency agreements, partnerships, and joint ventures
• Ensuring all contracts align with the Group’s Authorization Matrix before execution
• Offering proactive, solution-oriented legal advice to corporate functions (e.g., Finance, IT, HR)
• Managing the contract review and approval process, maintaining accurate contract filings, and updating document templates to reflect best practices
• Supporting the management of contract-related disputes, working with external counsel when necessary, and keeping management informed of progress
• Assisting in the development of contract management policies, and delivering internal training programs on contractual matters
• Contributing to cross-functional and international projects as needed.
  
  

???? We are looking for an individual who:

• Holds a Master’s degree in Law
• Has a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally with in-house experience in an international setting and a focus on contract law within a service industry
• Demonstrates strong expertise in drafting, negotiating, and advising on commercial contracts across multiple jurisdictions
• Possesses a solid understanding of corporate law, compliance, and the legal framework surrounding commercial transactions
• Exhibits exceptional contract drafting skills, with fluency in English
• Is highly proactive, with the ability to manage multiple contract-related matters and prioritize business needs
• Thrives in a team environment but is capable of working independently when needed
• Has excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with proficiency in other major languages considered a plus.
