About our role:
Our client is a leading banking-insurance company looking for a talented and passionate individual to join their team as a UX Designer-chatbot conversations. In this role, you will be responsible for creating user experience and managing the visual translation of functional expectations.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse and inclusive team, and make a real impact on the user experience for the customers in the Belgian market. What you will be doing:
Together with the project teams, you work on a solution that includes the functional expectations of your target audience

You provide an excellent user experience and visual translation in all of the digital touchpoints

You test and improve your designs through interaction with end users

You study and analyze user data as input for improvements

You follow developments and trends in the outside world (experiences, navigation patterns, etc.)

You ensure consistency within and between the channels, monitor or adjust previously established elements, behaviors, and interactions

In the long term, you will delvelope deeper into one of the financial needs domains of the bank insurer

You promote the importance of experience design within the organization and strive to enhance the experience in their channels.

What you bring:
You have the following core competences : Analytical thinking, Collaborating, Creative, Critical thinking, Customer orientation, Effective communication, Independent.

Previous experience on Conversation Design & Chatbot Copywriting

Knowledge of UX Copy, Design & Research

You have a customer centric approach

Strong communication skills (written and oral) in Dutch.
