Job Req Number: 61391Time Type: Full TimeCorporate RecruiterMove forward as a Corporate Recruiter at DSV in Ghent / Puurs.About The JobAs a Corporate Recruiter you are responsible for the recruitment of all white collar profiles within DSV Belgium. You will also work on different projects such as employer branding and campus recruitment.Tasks
  • You manage the entire application process from A to Z (intake of the vacancy, communication with the partners, scheduling of interviews, follow-up until submission of the salary proposal);
  • You are responsible for the contact with our external recruitment partners (placing the vacancies, handling inflow, communication);
  • Via your LinkedIn Recruiter Seat, you will also actively search for new DSV talent yourself!
  • You guide candidates throughout the entire recruitment process and provide them with the perfect candidate experience;
  • Together with the Recruitment team you will develop different initiatives around Employer Branding;
  • You participate in job fairs, campus recruitment and work on different campaigns to attract the right talents.

  • It is a plus if you already have a first experience within the recruitment and selection of employee profiles
  • You have a bachelors degree or are equivalent through experience
  • You can communicate fluently in Dutch and English
  • You are a team player and like to take initiative.
  • You have a great sense of responsibility and can work independently
  • You are flexible (you work alternately from the Ghent and Puurs offices and are willing to move to other offices from time to time)
