Your tasks:

  • Get in contact with many candidates in order to find out if they might be a good fit for the company
  • Search for the different profiles corresponding to the job applications received
  • Write attractive advertisementsin order to attreact the right candidates
  • Be on the lookout for the best candidates on the market by sourcing and being proactive and consistent
  • Ensure thefollow up of the recruitment process
  • Sell our company to the candidate and convince him why FSM Group is the right step in their career
  • Once the right candidate is found, sell him/her to the hiring manager
  • Creating offers and contractsonce our CEO is conviced of your candidate
