Our client, an international consulting group with different entities and with ambitions to become a consulting leader, is currently looking for a Country Manager (M/F) that will be managing the group’s activities in Belgium and reporting directly to its chairman.

Your responsibilities:
Define a strategy and a business plan for the company.

Make sure that the company reaches its objectives (short term and long term) efficiently and cost-effectively.

Seek and create business opportunities to enable further growth.

Hire and develop high potential consultants and managers.

Hold client presentations and develop new offers and services.

Connect with decision-makers on local events and nurture these relationships.

Develop and manage a portfolio of prospects and client accounts.

Collaborate with different departments such as HR, Finance and IT to ensure sound, timely and accurate reporting between them.

Provide leadership and coaching at all levels in order to develop the team and create a positive working environment within the organization.

Your profile:
You have already occupied leadership and/or managerial roles and worked in consulting.

You have strong problem solving and communication skills with the ability to develop strong team and client relationships.

You are focused to reach your objectives.

You are a great leader with an entrepreneurial spirit.

You have a strategic mind with business development skills.

You are exceptionally analytical, interpersonal and have creative-thinking skills.

You have an eye for opportunities and people.

You are fluent in French, Dutch and English.
