We provide multilingual administrative support staff to companies across all sectors, specializing in profiles such as Receptionists, Management Assistants, Executive/Personal Assistants, HR Assistants, Sales & Marketing Assistants, Office Managers, Customer Service Representatives, Digital Marketing Officers, etc. We provide both permanent and interim contracts.

We are currently recruiting a Credit Controller for one of our clients, a law firm located in Brussels.

Your responsibilities:
  • Creating and upholding payment procedures and policies that ensure timely payment
  • Responding to client queries
  • Keeping customer retention levels high
  • Reconciling accounts
  • Providing administrative support to finance team
  • Keeping close watch on debtor account balances
  • Reducing debtors’ ‘Days Sales Outstanding’
  • Ensuring the team adhere to credit and collection procedures

Your profile:
  • You have at least 2 years of experience in financial/accounting administration
  • Excellent language skills: Dutch, French and English, both oral and written
  • Experience with ERP systems is a big plus
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Able to clearly explain financial matters
  • High attention to detail
  • Problem solving skills
  • The ability to prioritise a heavy workload
  • Good analytical skills
  • You have a good knowledge of the MS Office
