We are looking for someone with a consumer first approach that can go from strategy development to hands-on implementation of tactics and reporting.

You should be able to educate and engage our consumers, encourage cross- and up-selling, and turn first-time purchasers into lifetime loyal customers.

The CRM Manager will be responsible for managing the organizations CRM ensuring that we will move from mass communications to true relationship with our consumers.

You will be responsible to maintain and update the regional Nu Skin emails. It is your role to ensure our various newsletters are clear, correct and appealing to the eye. In your role you will also be responsible for the coordination and implementation of mailing requests for the local markets (campaigns, newsletters, new product launches, promotions, events).

Your main duty will be implementing our new Marketing automation tool and develop the strategy behind our marketing automation.

The customer relationship manager is not only about email, but you should define with the help of our UX manager, the ideal consumer journey per channel (website, social media, CRM, App) that will move us from mass communications to a true relationship with our consumers.

Supporting the implementation of the new CRM platform structure and architecture ensuring it works seamlessly across the organization and captures all required information at key points in the customer life cycle.

  • Design, create and implement consumers campaigns to increase LTV

  • Guide design/creation monthly newsletter

Vereisten

4+ years of solid experience in digital (preferably CRM)

  • Experience with CRM tools and implementation of new CRM systems
  • Basic HTML/CSS skills are a plus
  • You can work with copywriters to get concise messages
  • You got an eye for design
  • You know about numbers and analytics don’t scare you
  • Strong organizational skills; Pro-active problem-solving abilities, planning and delivering CRM strategies across the company encouraging customer retention and customer loyalty.
  • Extensive experience of direct and digital marketing ideally in a similar industry.
  • Strong background in customer acquisition, re-engagement and retention strategies.
  • A Confident and articulate communicator capable of inspiring strong collaboration in an organization.
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practices
  • Solid computer skills i.e. MS Office and Adobe CS
  • Solid interest in new technologies
  • Flexibility, proactivity and focus on results
  • Ability to function in a highly dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Ability to meet deadlines and eye for detail
  • Ability to focus on internal and external client satisfaction
  • Open mindset focused on opportunities and solutions rather than problems and obstacles
  • Fluency in English
  • Excellent team work skills within a virtual, international team as well as within the wider Marketing Department
  • Knowledge of SAP is a plus
