  • As a Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing quality software support to clients using Deltek products.
  • Support Analysts work in a team environment and provide support to customers via telephone, e-mail, chat, and the internet.
  • The Support Analyst analyzes and responds to customers issues encountered when running Deltek web based and mobile app software.

Qualifications

  • Strong oral and written communication in French and Dutch
  • Successful history working in a fast paced team environment with the ability to work independently and be self-motivated
  • Superb customer service skills and demonstrable problem solving skills
  • Experience supporting technical web-enabled software application preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
