As a Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing quality software support to clients using Deltek products.
Support Analysts work in a team environment and provide support to customers via telephone, e-mail, chat, and the internet.
The Support Analyst analyzes and responds to customers issues encountered when running Deltek web based and mobile app software.

Qualifications

Strong oral and written communication in French and Dutch
Successful history working in a fast paced team environment with the ability to work independently and be self-motivated
Superb customer service skills and demonstrable problem solving skills
Experience supporting technical web-enabled software application preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
