For one of our top clients – a major international player in the financial sector – we are looking for a Customer Journey Expert.

Key responsibilities:
You identify and map the client experience / customer journey in a team responsible for the (API of) the home page of the company’s application and web channels (both for retail and business customers).

You identify business requirements and organize workshops.

Does this sound like you?

You have at least two years of experience in the digital marketing field and working with (preferably agile) IT teams.

You are very fluent in either Dutch or French and have a good knowledge of English as well (both verbal and written). You have good communication skills to defend ideas with stakeholders.

You have good technical knowledge (to communicate with developers) and understand the basics of APIs.

You are eager to learn and grow within the company.
