Description
For one of our clients active in self-storage is currently looking for a Customer Review Specialist. In this role, you report to the Operations Support Manager and are an integral part of the team responsible for the quality of services.Your responsibilities in this role:
- You coach and develop the team of Operations Support Assistants;
- You maintain the various tools and software of the Operations Support Team
- You and the team are in first-line responsible for monitoring and replying to customer reviews on various customer review and social media platforms, based on a well-defined framework.
- You and the team’s objective are to maximize the positive ratings by using opportunities to turn negative reviews into positive ones.
- You and the team work closely with the Operations’ market teams to best answer the customers’ comments or requests, ensuring that each case is closed as soon as possible.
- You and the team listen to and evaluate customer phone contacts with the stores.
- You and the team perform calibration meetings with the Operations Managers at market and district level.
- You and the team administer the Mystery Shopping program.
- You report on customer review insights to internal stakeholders.
- You play a supporting role towards field Operations in highlighting off-target performance, identifying root causes, and suggesting actions to be taken.
- You participate in analyzing and further developing the Customer Review strategy
Your profile
- You have an excellent knowledge of English, every other language is a plus.
- You have experience in handling customer reviews;
- You have proven coaching and leadership experience;
- Experience with online reputation Management is required;
- Store experience and/or Digital marketing is considered a plus;
- You promote co-operation between teams, and act as an example of effective teamwork.
- You ensure a customer-oriented attitude in the team.
