As a Customer Service representative you are responsible for a portfolio of English-speaking customers. Your main tasks include:

  • Being the first point of contact for internal and external customers and distributors
  • Cross departmental coordination of orders
  • Follow up from the order until the delivery of the product
  • Communicating proactively and managing the follow up of lead times
  • Handling orders while ensuring compliance with legal procedures and documents
  • Providing after sales customer support such as credit checks, service complaints, product returns, etc.

Profiel

As International Customer Service Representative you :

  • preferably have experience in Customer Service.
  • are fluent in English. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
  • are a team player with strong social and communication skills. Customer satisfaction is your main concern.
  • preferably have experience in SAP
  • are a quick learner, especially when it comes to IT systems.
  • are an accurate worker and are stress-resistant
