Description

We are looking for a dispatcher/customer service officer. Our client is a multicultural and multilingualsupport platform ensuring that the customers’ stranded vehicles and trucks get back on the road promptly. As a team member, you’ll be surrounded by a close-knit group of colleagues, with support from ateam leader. Each day brings encounters with people sharing unique stories and backgrounds, and above all, opportunitiesfor continuous growth and learning.

Your Role

As a valuable team member, your primary tasks will include:

  • Handling phone calls and emails, responding to customer inquiries, and communicating with involved parties.
  • Collecting and verifying information for accuracy and completeness.
  • Providing technical support and communicating with workshops.
  • Keeping all involved parties informed about the progress.
  • Monitoring and managing agreements with all stakeholders.
  • Ensuring timely follow-up on all contract-related matters.
  • Availability from Monday to Friday, with flexibility for occasional work on Saturdays during busy periods.

Profile

To excel in this role, we are looking for someone with the following knowledge, experience, and skills:

Knowledge And Experience

  • Excellent command of the German (native level) & English (good) language .
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Technical knowledge in the automotive or tire industry is a plus.
  • No specific experience required.

Skills

  • Effective verbal communication over the phone.
  • Proficiency in problem analysis and solving.
  • Customer- and results-oriented mindset.
  • Accuracy with a high work standard.
  • Ability to multitask and remain stress-resistant.
