Data Analyst - Supply/Sourcing Management

Then you are the Data Analyst we are looking for to strengthen our Supply/Sourcing Management team. Your insights and reporting will support the team to turn challenges into opportunities in a fast moving world.

Responsibilities:

• Own & manage all data management topics within Supply/Sourcing management: data processes, quality & governance, operational reporting, performance reporting, data cleansing, data migration, data analysis and insights
• Identify and build new reports that enable sound decision making for the business, and specifically for the Supply / Sourcing dept.
• Leverage current limitations to design and implement the data solutions of the future
• Contribute actively to the Global data transformation agenda and be hands-on to run the data action improvement plan at country level.
• Interact with the Global data experts to broaden your expertise and exchange on best practices
• Treat data as a strategic and valuable asset, improve data quality & leverage its value
• Spearhead cultural change by instilling a data centric culture of continuous improvement

Profiel

• You hold a Master’s degree in business management, science and engineering, business engineering or other relevant domains with experience in data management, -governance & -processing with practical business impact
• You have an outstanding ability to understand complex analytical topics and distil them into simple conclusions and visualizations
• You are able to capture Supply Management Business needs and translate them into supporting data solutions
• You are passionate about data, data modelling & data usage. You have a good knowledge of and experience in data quality issues/challenges & can implement short term solutions while working on long term process improvements
• You are familiar with data tools such as Power BI
• You have advanced Excel skills
• Knowledge of SAP ECC is a plus
• Having an experience in Retail/Foodservice/FMCG is considered a plus
• Youenjoy working in a large international matrix organization, where you can successfully influence others and build partnerships to both deliver projects and drive cultural change
• You have sound commercial judgment and think critically
• You are fluent inEnglish, French and/or Dutch
