Mission

Responsible for the growth of Cinoco products within her/his region (Eastern Flanders) and within designated channels such as wine shops, wholesales, specialized shops, restaurants, hotels, B2C network, catering companies, etc.

Responsibilities

The Account Manager develops a sales plan in cooperation with the On-trade Sales Manager and in line with the Company strategy.

Acquires new customers and develops existing ones within wine shops, wholesales, specialized shops, restaurants, hotels, B2C network and catering companies by

  • Selecting and targeting potential clients by using the Smart Sales Data Base
  • Making appointments with prospects: outbound calling
  • Following up appointments with prospects
  • Cold canvassing (door-to-door)
  • Visiting trade fairs
  • Build and exploit networks
  • Realising sales out of these appointments.
  • Implement visibility at sales events
  • Increase Cinoco range within customers
  • Present Cinoco full range
  • Exploit new leads from newly created clients / existing clients
  • Organise tournées, trainings and events at potential customers

Qualifications

- Education level: Bachelor ( Hotel Management is an asset) or equal via experience

- WSET Level 3 or equal via experience

- Excellent knowledge of the on-trade sector

- Strong commercial skills

- Detecting customer needs and find appropriate solutions

- Persistent and convincing

- Able to act disciplined and independently

- Team Player

- Appropriate appearance

- sales experience

- Dutch mother tongue

- Knowledge of French & English is a plus

- Good knowledge of Microsoft office

- Driving licence
