1.Job description - 3 months full time in CDD with CDI at the key
Sales/purchases invoices and credit notes
o Posting the invoices in the accounting and logistic system
o Post and follow up of the codes related to the invoices status
o Creation of new suppliers and customers
o Update the reportings
o Sending the invoices by post
o AP/AR mailbox follow up

BCA Europe Transport Systems was established in 2017 to be the prime carrier of all vehicles exported from BCA country of sale. In addition, BCA ETS transports vehicles for major vehicle manufacturers and large dealerships throughout Europe.
BCA ETS is a critical link to the individual BCA Countries and plays an important role in the continued growth of BCA Europe. As a result of this growth there is the need to expand the Finance team of four persons. A candidate with a sense of humour and self-motivated will be a good fit.
A good command of English and French is essential.
3.Experience, Knowledge
- The candidate must have experience working in a similar role.
- You have a good knowledge of English and French (oral + written)
- Experience of using one of the main accounting systems, Navision will be an advantage.
- Have practical experience of using Microsoft Excel
- You demonstrate excellent communication skills.
- You are dynamic, proactive, communicative and you like teamwork.
- You are precise, with a strong sense of organization
- You are available quickly
