Our client, a human sized company, is currently looking for an Administrative and Accounting Assistant for a permanent contract (CDI).

The successful candidate will have the opportunity and the chance to work in a small and nice team and learn a lot by being exposed to many topics. Work with pleasant, smiley, and skilled people in a challenging environment !

What will you do:

Be in charge of administrative tasks

  • Co-ordination of obtaining signatures for documentation
  • Arranging for courier services, photocopying and archiving
  • Coordinate meetings
  • Providing ad hoc general administrative support to the Belgium team

Perform accounting tasks in support of the accounting team

  • Invoice
  • Assist in the monthly closing process
  • Any Ad Hoc accounting task to support the local team

Who are you:

  • You have a first experience on a similar position
  • Service-oriented with high team spirit
  • Able to work autonomously as well as in interaction with other colleagues.
  • Well organized, flexible, and having excellent communication skills
  • Motivated and involved
  • Fluent in Dutch, other languages will be a nice to have
