uFund, based in Brussels, is the Belgian Tax Shelter leader. The Belgian Tax Shelter is a government-approved tax incentive designed to encourage the production of audio-visual works in Belgium opened to Belgium resident companies investors.

uFund is part of the Umedia group, active in the Film industry with offices in Brussels and Paris. The 3 main activities of the Group are the Financing (via uFund), the Production and the Visual effects (VFX).

We are currently looking for a new colleague to join our Investor Support team wich is responsible for the follow-up of the Tax Shelter investments and the services provided to our investors and sales team

YOUR MISSIONS :

  • Follow-up Tax Shelter investments and prepare the commercial documentation
  • Provide administrative support to clients by answering their questions over the phone or by e-mail
  • Handle requests from our sales team and assist them whenever necessary
  • Assist xith client events (avant-premières, VIP weekends or other type of events)
  • Help with other marketing related tasks (marketing campaigns, update of commercial documentation, gift orders, etc.)

YOUR PROFILE

  • Bachelor’s degree or similar by experience
  • Good knowledge of Word and Excel
  • You are fluent in French and Dutch
  • Service minded and client oriented
  • Eager to learn
