Create and monitoring rebates for the bonus and promotion in SAP and Calculate and create credit note for bonus ( quarter 1,2,3,4 - Half 1,2 - YTD )
Being able to understand and track the different type of deals- (Tires dealers - Cars dealers -Truck - Agricultural … )
Ensuring correct invoicing - ( calendar - print - ), manage the customers billing ( paper, invoicing files, EDI )
Analysis the pricing ( Discount and rebates ) before the billing , comment
Management of customer complaints, linked a discount or a rebate
Work with other departments - Management - Sales - order Desk Credit control - accounting
Participate at the monthly closing - Discount - accounting invoices - issued = invoiced
Back up teams
