Job description
We are looking for an application manager/tester to join the Be API team.

BE API is a young team where you can work together on the strategic pillar Be Everywhere and on the development of Multibanking services in the KBC channels.

Our team is part of the larger Digital Products departments where also the Third Parties Services are developed (which we offer in Mobile and on Deals).

In our team we have created the components for offering our products in the channels of partners dealers (e.g. a Developer Portal where partners can find and try out our APIs, a Partner Hub for partners which are not using APIs).

Responsibilities

You will have the following responsibilities :
You fulfil the bridging function between process management/end users and ICT.
You can prepare and execute tests, take on the application management role, sort things out, deal with ad hoc issues, in short, you jump in where we need you in our pioneering environment
You actively participate in projects, across the 2 teams. You will help ensure that the best, clearest and most customer-friendly way to build new functionalities is used.
You are responsible for setting up and maintaining the test ware. You supervise and perform tests together with your colleagues for our new developments and to guarantee stability.
You ensure that the documentation for the projects you are working on is clear and up-to-date.
You are co-responsible for guaranteeing high quality and stability of the applications and components we build

You can communicate in English (both written and oral). Training is on-the-job, depending on the experience you already have
