We are looking for a Project Architect with more than 3 years of experience. Based in Belgium

(Nivelles). Projects in Belgium and France

Duties:

• Verifiable experience is required in the performance of the tasks of the development of Execution Projects, such as the development of technical reports, specification sheets, calculation of basic structures and design of building facilities, justification of compliance with Belgium regulations, preparation of execution-tender budgets (including administration modality), development of construction details, monitoring and management of administrative procedures, etc.
• Close collaboration with our international design department.
• Client Relationship and new business development. Willing to lead and be part of an expansion project of the architectural division of Group IPS.

Your Knowledge and Experience:

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Experienced coordinating different projects in different stages: definition, permitting, construction, commissioning.
• Good experience managing teams.
• Sustainability experience in projects as an asset.
• Software: Autocad, Adobe complete package, Office 365. BIM experience is an asset.
• Languages: Very good in English and French
• Driver license B
