Summary

You will be working in a global environment for Belgium’s largest serviced apartment provider.
As the Area Manager (Service) you have strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a proven record of meeting targets and delivering a friendly and hassle-free experience.

Job description
·
Lead your team with integrity, ensuring the Service team provides a friendly, hassle-free experience for investors and professionals, by: hiring, training, coaching and developing team members with excellence.
·
Maximize service and profitability in your region, setting service targets for individuals and monitoring your area’s P&L against the budget.

·
Work with different departments to ensure BBF maintains and offers quality apartments
·
Maintain safety and security practices, have thorough knowledge of emergency procedures.
·
Ensure all client enquiries are responded to in a timely manner.
·
Coordinate and deliver BBF B-Well Events across your area.
·
Represent BBF Serviced Apartments in a professional manner at annual general meetings, networking events and corporate client meetings (including EU, NATO and International Corporations).

·
Assist your team to find quick and effective solutions to client problems or enquiries.
·
Design and update company policy and procedures as required.
·
Implement and adhere all the rules, policies and procedures established by the company; including, but not limited to, those contained in the Employee Handbook.

·
Other duties as assigned, and as staffing needs arise.

Profiel:
·
You have experience working with culturally diverse clientele and have a bachelors degree and/or equivalent experience in hospitality or a related customer service field.
·
You have leadership experience managing, training and overseeing teams of people.

·
You are professional and have excellent emotional intelligence to effectively liaise with a diverse range of clients.

·
You have proven experience in meeting targets and have strong analytical skills.

·
You are committed to quality and to providing a hassle-free experience for clients.

·
Respect, integrity and communication are values that you identify with, you are self-motivated and work well under pressure as part of a team and as an individual.
·
You have excellent multitasking abilities, as well as diligence and attention to details;
·
Verbal and written communication skills in English, French and Dutch is essential.

·
Experience in financial management (P&Ls and Budgeting) is desired.
