Our Research and Development Innovation Centre in Brussels is the largest R&D center in Europe . With leading brands such as Ariel, Lenor, Downy, Fairy and Mr. Proper/Flash, it works continuously on the development and improvement of our products worldwide .

We are now looking for an Associate Scientist to join our R&D Products Research organization. You will lead meaningful innovations in the growing, yet challenging Fabric and Home care category, and sharpen your products research application and integration skills, as well as people coaching skills, for future career growth.

With us you will:

  • Lead key innovations and initiatives end to end within the laundry Soluble Unit Dose business across Europe.
  • Be responsible for specific consumer understanding in Germany to generate new consumer insights to unlock new business opportunities.
  • You will become our expert of this country within the German go to market R&D organization for the specified brand / product.
  • You will partner with the commercial team and with some behavioral experts to find new ways to educate consumers and nudge the right usage habits to the consumers.

Qualifications

Apply if you have:

  • A Master’s degree in a Chemical related filed.
  • Fluent German language.
  • Strong Leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to operate independently with the commercial team and multifunctional teams.
  • Critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.
