Faites la différence pour les patientsBiomanufacturing Process EngineerJOB SCOPEThe Biomanufacturing Process Engineer is responsible to maintain and support following production and and project activities: troubleshooting, data trending/analysis, continuous process improvement, and technology transfer.To support and ensure the development of agile and lean manufacturing operations by:
  • Leading and documenting investigations for major product deviations
  • Acting as owner for the technical projects in scope with the continuous improvement and products requirements,
  • Supporting rationales for process validation of new processes
  • Analyzing data from manufacturing according to defined business processes
  • Ensuring with other disciplines that all technical requirements for a molecule are met to launch a production.
To Act As Technical Manufacturing Facility Representative By
  • Synthesizing manufacturing facility design to allow accurate gap assessments
  • Ensuring defined business processes are set up, maintained and followed in order to standardize Way Of Working in facility.
  • Actively supporting Tech Transfer In
To be an interface of the facility for molecules state of the art in the facility by:
  • Supporting data summary and analysis for annual report activities
  • Leading development and maintainance of data digitalization
SkillsDEGREE / EXP
  • Master’s Degree in a relevant scientific discipline required.
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience in biologicals Drug Substance manufacturing industry.
HARD
  • In-depth understanding of biopharma manufacturing operations and cGMP is a must
  • In-depth technical knowledge of purification antibodies processes.
  • Strong ability to synthesize needs of matrix organization to ensure projects delivery in accordance to multiple requirements.
  • Familiarity with DS and material supply processes
  • Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to propose solutions to current/future challenges
  • Data analysis to demonstrate trends and process behavior is a must.
  • Ability to identify, replicate and standardize best practices
  • Very good technical writing skills
  • Experience in Technology Transfer for Drug Substance processes
SOFT
  • Self-motivated, innovation mindset, initiative taker, can-do attitude, team player.
  • Very good knowledge of English, both oral and written, knowledge of French is a plus.
