Explore your tasks and responsibilities

• Project Engineering for all building services disciplines from the design phase till qualification and handover to the client in projects in a variety of industries
• Analyse and provide resolution of technical issues, perform building services engineering design tasks
• Support all project phases from concept via basic and detail engineering
• Within the building services engineering discipline manage the schedule, cost control, security review, site supervision and commissioning
• Develop and review engineering and vendor documents and support Project Execution
• Support daily construction and project related activities and liaise with the client and other construction professionals
• Approve vendor and contractor submittal approvals and answer all technical queries
• Develop and apply Exyte building services engineering policies and standards

Show your expertise

• graduated engineer (MEng, BEng) in supply engineering or a comparable field of study
• Several years of professional experience with building services and clean room technology systems in a comparable position ideally for the biotechnological and pharmaceutical industry
• Very good knowledge of Building Services Engineering such as HVAC systems etc.
• Very good English and Dutch skills
• Professional and safe handling of MS Office applications
• Strong sense of responsibility, teamwork and communication skills
• Flexibility and willingness to travel
