Mission:

The mission consists of assuring the business analysis activities within the Product “Controlling”. The objectives of this product are the development, configuration and maintenance of the Controlling (SAP CO & SAP PS) setup which is regulating the full structure of the group.

Service expectations:

Minimum 5 years experiences within a Controlling Department.

As a Business Analyst Controlling, the service consists of the following tasks :

  • Sparring with the business to optimize and harmonize processes by analysing, describing and validating business requirements, including modelling processes and information;
  • Identifying and analysing bugs in the systems and proposing solutions;
  • Perform data analyses to improve operational efficiency (ensure data quality);
  • Formulating and validating user stories and defining acceptance criteria based on business requirements;
  • Validate technical specifications regarding the optimal IT solutions;
  • Drawing up test scenarios and supporting the test and acceptance processes;
  • Preparing and conducting workshops and training with the business
  • Advising the product owner and product stakeholders to plan and prioritize the further development and maintenance of the product;
  • Participating in the chapter Corporate Business Analyst in order to further harmonize and improve business analyst methodology

Competences required :

  • experience in SAP CO is a must, knowledge of SAP PS, SAP CATS and other modules can be a plus.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as IT business analyst.
  • Analytical mindset, challenger and team player
  • Good oral and written English communication skills
  • Experience in Agile
  • Knowledge of IREB , BPMN and UML

  • French, Dutch or German
  • English
