Business Analyst

We currently have a vacancy for a Business Analyst fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Brussels. The work will be carried out either in the company’s premises or on site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated in the team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site and off site.

Your tasks

• Provide support and follow-up with prospective customers for feasibility analysis, to

determine if the existing solution is the most suitable tool for the project;

• Analyse the integration of different information systems in the context of orchestration of business solutions;

• Analysis of business requirements, functional requirements and business case analysis as well as feasibility analysis;

• Documentation of business requirements, business model analysis, process and data analysis and modelling;

• Provide training and coaching for process analysis and modelling of the BPMNs, developing screens for the user tasks, configuring micro-services, creating executable BPMN models, adapted to the workflow engine;

• Contribute to elaborating on the principles and best practices of use of the chosen solution for business process automation.

• University degree in IT, combined with a minimum 13 years of working experience;
• At least 3 years of specific expertise in one or more of the following: process analysis for streamlining and automation; Business Process Management and Modelling techniques; BPMN 2.0 specification; Camunda framework to apply executable BPMN specification subset restrictions and Camunda specific configuration; project management; experience in projects undertaking integration of solutions and components in a multiplatform landscape (in-house / COTS as well as open source, on premises / cloud); UML or other with equivalent value; process modelling tools and standards (BPMN); business process analysis, modelling and automation with Camunda;
• Strong knowledge and experience with process automation methods and tools, in particular BPMN 2.0 and Camunda;
• Knowledge of SW Development lifecycle and agile methodology;
• Good knowledge of analysis/modelling tools and techniques (use case diagram, state diagram, entity relationship model, interaction diagrams etc.);
• Good knowledge of Wiki and collaborative sites;
• Experience with API Gateway, Kafka, ARIS, Front end Web Development with Angular Java Script framework, ARES, COMREF, SYSPER, Secunda, Agile and SaFE would be significant advantages;
• Excellent command of the English language.
