Objective:

Keystone Solutions is seeking a Business Analyst Consultant for a client in the banking sector. As a consultant, you will facilitate and enhance system and process evaluations within various Policy Management Units, identifying opportunities for automation and improving operational efficiency through advanced data and workflow assessments.

Job Overview:

In this role, you will:

  • Drive requirement awareness and process assessment for automation potential.
  • Perform comprehensive quality assurance throughout all stages of system development.
  • Develop and refine user requirements for systems such as Customer Data Platforms (CDP), focusing on enhancing automation usability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders from multiple business units including Project Management, Underwriting, and Finance to develop thorough analyses and documentation.
  • Maintain system requirements and processes, delivering monthly status reports to all relevant stakeholders.
  • Create and regularly update both internal and external documentation, formally initiating and delivering requirements.
  • Conduct daily analytics to enhance system effectiveness, troubleshoot issues, and provide consultancy insights.

Projects to Tackle:

  • Automate calculations for insurance premiums based on Risk Assessment (RA) amounts.
  • Develop requirements for improved customer notifications.
  • Monitor and manage tasks related to Financial Services Project Management (FSPM) and RA.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of five years in business analysis and systems development within a consultancy setting.
  • Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of business processes.
  • Experienced in process documentation and reporting, with proficiency in Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN).
  • Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills capable of translating data into actionable insights. French or Dutch proficiency is advantageous.
  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Visio, and familiarity with Office 365 and SAP FS.
  • Demonstrated abilities in project management, user testing, data visualization, and technical writing.
