Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth analysis of client business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends and competitor strategies.
• Create and present reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Support the implementation of new processes, systems, and technologies.
• Identify and troubleshoot any issues or roadblocks that may arise during project implementation.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of client organizations.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions and make recommendations for further improvements.
• Design and execute test plans to ensure new solutions meet client requirements.
• Utilize Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) to map and optimize business processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Business Analyst role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in project management and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools.
• Knowledge of Agile methodology and experience working in an Agile environment.
• Experience with Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) and testing methodologies.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
