Our customer is an international company. Their large IT department is responsible for the development and optimization of the IT systems to facilitate and support all their business activities. To further optimise their IT environment as well as the IT landscape of their customers they are looking for additional business analysts.

As a Business Analyst you are in charge of
  • business analyses to improve our customer business activity
  • after a thorough analysis of the several flows, you translate these into requirements
  • you then make a project plan together with your colleagues - technical analysts, developers and project managers
  • you keep the internal customer informed of the further progress of the project at all times.
Of course, this is not limited to one project, but you manage a number of projects analysis simultaneously.

With your critical eye you can conceptualize and propose things. You work result-oriented, with attention to risks and quality. You enjoy variety, independent work and teamwork and don’t wait to share interesting ideas with the business or fellow IT people. Listening and talking to the stakeholders during the projects is important. You try to understand every point of view to get everyone on the same page.

Required Experience
  • You are very fluent both orally and in writing, in both Dutch and English.
  • Some years of experience as business and or Functional Analyst
  • Strong communication skills
  • Structures and project based approach.
  • Master or bachelor degree
  • Experience in an Enterprise environment is an asset
