DESCRIPTION OF TASKS
The service provider will perform functional analysis, design, testing, documentation and training tasks in the context of development and operation works on our portfolio of IT systems under the responsibility of project managers and in liaise with business users.
The candidate has a proven experience in working on the functional side of IT projects in relation with the legal domain, having already been involved in tasks such as business process analysis, functional specifications, data modelling, use cases, test cases, user documentation or trainings. This implies the capacity to draft related documents in English, with French being an asset. She/he is used to engage in a proactive way with the business users of IT systems during their complete lifecycle. She/he has a proven IT background implying a realistic picture of what is feasible, combined with an ability to communicate efficiently with the development team to transfer users’ requirements. He can also be involved in the definition and handling of IT systems configuration files not requiring specific development skills.
The candidate is committed to work with method and has thorough analytical skills.
These tasks, carried out on existing IT systems, require strong coordination with the IT team of officials in place. The person will contribute to the evolution of their functional scope, thanks to her/his knowledge of state-of-the-art IT solutions and methods and her/his interest in their evolutions.
