Gentis Recruitment was founded in April 2011 by 4 experienced recruiters and it’s one of the market leaders in Belgium in the field of recruitment and selection. We are specialized in technical employee profiles and are active in the following sectors: IT / Engineering / Construction / Finance and HR.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you alternate between recruiting candidates and managing client accounts.

Some of the tasks that will keep you busy

• Within this organization you will be commercially (further) educated and trained.
• You will be trained to be an expert in a specialized field.
• With all your knowledge and skills, you will approach specialists and help them with the next step in their career with the support of our resourcing center.
• You will build a solid long term client relationship, considering the demands and wishes of the client without losing sight of the commercial interest.
• Recruitment (sales) in this role and organization goes a lot further than just matching client and candidate. This makes the work not only a lot more interesting, but also a lot more challenging.

Your profile

• You have a completed college or master’s degree, preferably in a commercial field;
• You speak French with a good level in English, Dutch is a plus;
• You have commercial talent and a feeling for sales;
• You are motivated by the phrase "Work Hard, Play Hard!"
• You are ambitious, results-oriented and a real deal maker;
• You can work independently as well as in a team;
• You are proactive, stress resistant and radiate self-confidence.
