What you’ll do

  • You build and maintain successful international relationships in the retail sector
  • You analyze client’s needs and propose them suitable offers
  • You bring new ideas and strategies to facilitate the prospection of new clients
  • Identify potential business in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective market trends and business needs
  • By digital market actions Gudrun gets more publicity and a stronger image on the market
  • You make strong quotes and attractive company presentations that impress the prospect
  • You work closely with the colleagues of R&D, customer service, logistics and production
  • You write business proposals and plans and guide long-term objectives to meet business needs and requirements.

What you’ll need

  • You hold a Master degree
  • Experience as Sales Manager or Business Development manager or Marketeer with experience in own venture
  • You have experience in digital marketing (social selling, sales navigator, inbound marketing)
  • You are a real hunter: result and customer driven, flexible and stress resistant.
  • You take every opportunity in finding new clients and closing deals with them gives you that (chocolate) rush !
  • You are strong in building business relations and you like to get to know new people
  • You are analytical and solution focused. We believe success comes from focusing on solutions and not on problems
  • You can negotiate and shift fast in case of new products or services
  • You have a passion for chocolates (experience is not needed but nice to have) and you combine this with interest in business, sales and marketing
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, including facilitation of group presentations
