The function

Supply Chain has never been more exciting or higher on the agenda than in recent months. We are therefore pleased to announce that our " Immersive Experience" Business Unit is looking to strengthen the Supply Chain team with a new Business Health Project Manager.

As our Business Health Project Manager, you will play an important role in supporting our IX Business Unit by providing business insights and track our performance. You will be the one person within our team who will be shielded from the rapidly-changing day to day business, and as such in charge to focus on our long-term strategic goals. You will have the responsibility to work on improvement projects with a direct impact on our business, in the domains of supply chain, business health, NPI and sustainability. We are looking for an experienced business analysist or program manager, who loves to find efficiencies in processes. Accountability, curiosity and a problem-solving attitude are some of your top qualities, and you are at your best when you can bring stakeholders together to work on a common goal.

Key Responsibilities

• Supply Chain Projects
• Identify improvement projects with structural long-term impact, in line with our supply chain strategy. Take the lead to kick-off and run these projects by bringing together all relevant stakeholders.
• Examples of topics that are currently already on our wish-list are: complexity reduction, optimization of tools, footprint/landed cost exercises/ inbound/outbound logistics, decoupling points / VAS, supplier MOQ/MUQ selection, LTB strategy linked to product life cycle mgt , contract optimization witj suppliers in function of SC ... and many more.
• Business Health
• Review or prepare business cases with a supply chain impact. For instance: make or buy, localization, cost of additional SKU’s versus re-use of existing parts, LTB or redesign of EOL parts, etc.)
• Set up business reporting (forecast accuracy, Orders & Sales performance tracking, margin analysis,...)
• KPI performance management, reporting & dashboarding
• Supply Chain Engineering - Early NPI involvement
• Play an active role in the design phase of New Product Introductions with regards to supply chain. Advise and guide the R&D community on the ’design for supply chain’ from conceptual design phase and BCR onwards
• Optimize the fit between supply chain capabilities and product designs on the following domains: geographical footprint, serviceability, logistics, sustainability, etc. This will create product configurations that increase customer satisfaction, minimize the total cost and maximize the flexibility to address unplanned events.
• Ensure a smooth handover to our Supply Chain Business Partner as soon as the supply chain set-up of the product is mature enough to be included in our standard forecasting process.

• Keep track of our sustainability targets, and work out improvement projects from product design, to supplier selection, and inbound/outbound logistics
  

The Profile

• You have a higher technical or business degree, ideally combined with experience in new product introduction processes and/or project management
• You are a critical thinker with excellent business, analytical and problem-solving skills allowing you to solve complex problems with consideration to the broader impact of decisions and actions
• Your curiosity and desire for excellence fuels your focus on continuous improvement
• You have a sense of ownership and the ability to make decisions quickly and efficiently
• You are a pro-active, organized and motivated team player with a can-do attitude
• You are experienced in one or more of the following domains: Project Management, Supply Chain, Service or NPI processes
• Technical (Entertainment) background is a plus
• You have ( advanced ) Excel skills, with a proven ability to organize and analyze large sets of data into insights. You are systems and process savvy, able to build creative solutions
• Working in an international setting excites you
