Your role and responsibilities

As Business Project Manager, you will collaborate on business projects and be responsible for their outcome. These are strategic projects within the P&P department that will regularly involve other departments (e.g.Commercial, Logistics, Finance). As Business Project Manager, you will be responsible for organisation, follow-up and change management for assigned projects. You

will work with colleagues as part of a temporary project team.

  • You will collaborate with all stakeholders to identify and manage requirements.
  • You will assemble a project team consisting of members with the appropriate profiles, and manage this team throughout the project.
  • As a team, you will define the project scope and milestones, and closely monitor if these are being adhered to.
  • You will document all aspects of the project.
  • You will use your project team’s knowledge and experience to obtain the desired results.
  • You will achieve your project objectives within the defined timeline, scope and budget, taking into account the expectations of various stakeholders.

Your profile

  • You hold a master’s degree and relevant experience in project and change management.
  • You have strong analytical acumen and good planning skills.
  • Experience with project tools such as JIRA and Confluence would be a plus.
  • You communicate fluently in English.
  • You have strong stakeholder management skills.
  • You are enthusiastic and persistent.
  • You take a proactive approach and have a sense of initiative.
  • You feel at home in an environment where teamwork is integral to the company’s success.
