Description
You will report directly to the Customer and Distributor Service Manager. Within the Contact Center you will inform, advise and support customers and distributors by providing them with effective solutions in accordance with our procedures.- Support customers and distributors through various channels: telephone (80%), emails (20%);
- Patience, goodwill and perseverance will be your allies to ensure their satisfaction;
- Handling B2B and B2C calls;
- Handling requests and complaints from customers and distributors;
- Building the trust of customers and distributors;
- Informing and assisting prospects;
- Ensuring compliance with quality commitments;
- Enabling customers and distributors to use the current account independently;
- Discreetly detect and report financial risks (fraud, money laundering, etc.). Not familiar with the subject? No problem, we’ll train you!
- Be a driving force in the continuous improvement of services.
Profile
- You have a good sense of customer service and excellent interpersonal skills. You are the ambassador of the brand and the main contact for our customers and distributors;
- You are responsive and dynamic;
- You are a real team player. In our company, consistency, mutual aid and accessibility are part of our daily life;
- You get excited by contact with customers and distributors (phone calls, emails, etc.). You are able to show empathy and pedagogy;
- You have a genuine interest in the company’s product and its social and societal implications;
- You are familiar with computer tools and programs;
- You are organised, autonomous, creative and able to set priorities and manage a large variety of tasks;
- You are bilingual FR-NL or NL-FR, English is an asset.
