Campus Recruiter

Robert Half is currently looking for a Junior Recruiter.

Our client is located in the center of Brussels and is thus easily accessible with public transportation.

Our client is a stable and ambitious company active in the consultancy sector.

As Junior Recruiter, you will be part of the Brussels Recruiting Team, focusing on identifying and recruiting top talent to reinforce the staff. Your responsibilities will include:

• Define & execute local marketing plans to attract & recruit Intern & Graduates at university level
• Define & manage year-round calendar of recruiting activities towards Interns & Graduates
• Organize recruiting presentations/marketing events in line with the recruiting strategy (develop communication/marketing plan; event content; logistics; welcome students; attend event; budget planning …)
• Identify top talent, monitor & screen campus applications
• Run & interpret relevant reporting on candidate inflow/pipeline
• Maintaining recruiting database
• Act as back-up and provide support for other recruiting colleague when needed

The requested qualifications for this Junior Recruiter position include:

• Master degree is strongly preferred
• You have a first professional experience in a similar function
• You have a perfect level of French and an excellent level of A good level of Dutch is a plus
• You have a working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
• You have strong written and oral communication skills and feel comfortable with telephone interactions
• You have outstanding organisational skills, and the ability to manage own time and to work to deadlines;
• You are a proactive person, ready to carry out your own tasks autonomously
• You have a team-oriented approach and are able to work collaboratively with colleagues.
