Your responsibilities

You handle the planning of short term lease cars and assist in handling the DEME car fleet mailbox
You will be responsible for maintaining and adding accurately data in the car fleet system (XPO Fleet)
You give advice to internal customers on the car policy and provide a reply to their ad hoc questions
You will follow-up car damages, maintenance, parking permits....
You take care of all incoming calls with regards to all ad hoc fleet questions
You coordinate the processing of fines, fuel cards,...
You handle the preparation of foreign tax declaration and the processing of personal data in our personnel information system

Your profile

You have a Bachelor degree in office management, HR, administration or similar
You are interested in handling a wide variety of admin tasks
You show a positive attitude, are able to remain calm in stressful circumstances
You are able to multi-task, keep the overview and focus on priorities
You show the greatest accuracy at all times in your work
You are dedicated and like to work in team
You can express yourself fluently in spoken and written Dutch and English. French is an asset.
