Who are YOU?

You are a motivated person with a pleasant personality. You are highly independent and can work individually, but as part of a small team. You are well organized, have eye for detail and can easily prioritize.

Former experience is requested and having the willingness to learn and to take the extra step, is key!

You are flexible, able to work on weekdays and weekends (dayshifts ).

What will you do?

Your main task will be cleaning apartments, in accordance with the standard procedures.

Besides that you will also be responsible for:

  • Stock your chariot with room supplies, bed/bath linen, guest supplies
  • Sweep, mop, polish, floors (apartments and public area’s)
  • Vacuum/mop floors (public areas)
  • Coordinate room status updates with floor supervisor and reception team
  • Respect all appropriate workplace regulations and legislation regarding health and safety, accommodation standards, and company policies and procedures
  • Greet guests with a smile and answer their questions , as required
  • Be aware of, and maintain, the highest standards of professionalism by following the company dress code and/or wearing the company uniform
  • Maintain work area in a clean and professional manner at all times, ensuring proper tools and equipment are available when needed
  • Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the hotel, common areas and guest rooms, at all times
