Responsibilities

Lead & Assist the finance team + administration

Being the right hand of the CEO regarding the growing strategy

Financial Reporting and presenting/participating at the Board

Handle compliance & Legal items

Qualifications

10 to 15 years of experience

Hands On

Structured and able to think strategically

Mature person

Very good knowledge of NL/FR + ENG

Knowledge of M&A is an asset

Knowledge of the tools ’Bright Analytics’ & ’Exact Online’ is a plus
