CHIEF MARKETING OFFICER

As part of our development, we are recruiting a Chief Marketing Officer.

Who are we?

Little Guest is the first collection of luxury hotels dedicated to families with children. Bookable online at www.littleguest.com, our 300 branded hotels promise extraordinary holidays for kids and their parents. Founded in 2018, Little Guest is experiencing record growth, with 35 employees and an annual revenue of EUR 6m expected in 2021. By 2022, we aim to grow our revenue by +40% through our sales, tech and marketing efforts.

Your mission:

As CMO, directly reporting to the CEO, you will be in charge of developing and deploying a marketing and communication strategy to ensure the visibility of Little Guest, in Belgium, France, Switzerland, Luxembourg and the UK, via all channels.

Your main objective is to industrialize our marketing in order to generate a maximum of notoriety, qualified leadsand thus contribute to the development of the turnover.

On a daily basis, your main missions will consist of :

  • Actively contribute to the strategic thinking leading to a global marketing plan in connection with the promotion of our offers,
  • Build a short- and medium-term action plan, and ensure its execution,
  • Ensure the responsibility and operational management of this plan (web, acquisition, marketing automation, content management, lead generation, PR, events ...) and define the relevant KPIs to measure its progress (Tunnel acquisition / transformation, turnover ...),
  • Managethe effectiveness of our acquisition channels (web, content management, webinars ...),
  • Perform the marketing planning & budgeting to acquire and retain customers in a cost-effective manner while building brand awareness,
  • Coordinate and develop online and offline acquisition channels (SEM, SEO, Affiliation, Retargeting, PR, Newsletter ...),
  • Define and execute the editorial/content strategy and its promotion (social networks, influencers, blog, reviews ...),
  • Coordinate the production of content by internal and external contributors,
  • Support the sales team (Travel Designers) in our "Social Selling" approach (feeding the team with content, transmitting skills, etc.)
  • Be a force of proposal to optimize the CRM strategy, the retention and reactivation of customers (social selling scenario, push invitations ...) and the construction of a base of customers and prospects ultra-qualified,
  • Work on positioning / branding and develop / have developed consistent marketing and narrative materials and execute media campaigns,
  • Develop the communication strategy and press/influencer relations,
  • Carry out all of these actions in a "test and learn" approach in order to constantly seek superior efficiency and bring innovative ideas.

Your profile:

  • With a higher education background, you have been working for at least 7 years in a management position in digital marketing 360°, oriented in brand development in e-commerce BtoC, start-up experience, growth hacking and digital.
  • You are familiar with the culture and tools of digital marketing,
  • Your previous experience has allowed you to acquire a recognized know-how in terms of marketing strategy management / communication and to develop a "Data oriented" culture,
  • Your fluent English is proven through international experience,
  • You wish to be part of a long-term and innovative project by bringing your experience in managing a very dynamic company project,
  • The situations you have encountered, and your analytical skills, have enabled you to develop a real intuition of the market and to detect its evolutions and opportunities,
  • You like to reconcile issues and needs, to think differently
  • Your high standards of work quality and your leadership skills combined with your interpersonal skills will be your best assets to reinforce our success
  • Your collaborative nature allows you to move very quickly from the strategy to its execution and its measurement
  • Your creativity and good humor allow you to engage the business development team in a success-focused approach

Modalities:

Work environment: dynamic scale-up, offices located in one of the most attractive areas of Brussels.

Contract : CDI, full time, executive, member of the management committee, reporting to the CEO

Remuneration: your remuneration package will be dynamic in order to fully reward your performance.
