Our team researches, innovates and creates solutions that deliver healthy results for our customers.Job Purpose and ImpactThe Commercial Excellence Consultant will partner collaboratively with senior commercial leaders on commercial excellence roadmap development and prioritization in an assigned region to foster and enable a customer intimacy approach. In this role, you will empower commercial teams to provide customers the best total experience in the industry, resulting in earned organic growth rates and margins.Key Accountabilities
  • Develop and execute strategies that foster transformational organic customer growth for the organization.
  • Drive and optimize performance for the sales and broader go to market organization in the assigned region.
  • Empower the managing director and commercial teams to deliver a go to market organization and system that is widely recognized inside and outside as among the best in the industry.
  • Provide expert guidance to the managing director and commercial team through market mapping, route to market design and offering model development.
  • Apply expert knowledge to develop foundational and innovative commercial excellence approaches and coach the commercial leader and managing director in the assigned region.
  • Provide thought leadership in the identification and implementation of commercial and sales best practices that provide tangible, measurable results.
  • Build the capability for sales effectiveness and channel management with the businesses, mature it accordingly and establish plans to continuously upgrade commercial excellence capabilities by market.
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Provide expert consultative guidance for initiating strategic long-range goals and objectives. You may provide direction to supporting team members and be a strategic contributor.
QualificationsMinimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience,
  • Experience driving results through geographical and virtual teams
  • Experience improving commercial performance
  • Minimum of eight years of related work experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in business
  • Experience with product lines or markets at all stages of the life cycle
  • Experience with market mapping, customer segmentation, channel management and offering management
