We are excited to be recruiting a dedicated Consumer Affairs Coordinator to join our Regulatory, Quality & Safety Perrigo Benelux & Green Division team to join our Nazareth based function (including the flexibility to work from home).Scope of the RoleAs Consumer Affairs Coordinator you will be responsible for the daily handling of product complaints, vigilance cases (adverse events, incidents) and medical enquiries coming in from our customers via mail, phone or social media. This position will collaborate closely with the regulatory, quality & safety colleagues, and the marketing and e-commerce colleagues to continue to help the customer.If you want to have a positive impact whilst working alongside brilliant people, then read on!Main Responsibilities
  • Be in daily contact with clients, pharmacists, wholesalers and our end consumers.
  • Responsible for the timely intake including translation to English in the Trackwise system of complaints, vigilance cases and medical enquiries according to Perrigo procedures.
  • You escalate any serious adverse event or incident with our products promptly to higher management.
  • As part of the investigation of product questions, complaints, or vigilance cases you work closely with Corporate Patient Safety, the local Regulatory Quality Safety colleagues, local Marketing and e-Commerce colleagues, and as applicable with the product manufacturer to continue to help the customer to obtain a satisfactory response.
  • You handle the received complaint samples for investigation of product quality complaints.
  • Responsible that case follow-up is provided in a timely manner, and you always strive to maximize the customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure that all cases are punctually closed in the Trackwise system.
  • Monitoring trends in quality complaints and follow-up with our manufacturers.
  • You report the cases on a regular basis according to local and global SOPs to the headquarter and other internal stakeholders; you follow up on decided actions as necessary.
  • You can participate in projects as the expert of Consumer Affairs, or support Regulatory Quality Safety colleagues to achieve the team goals.
Experience Required
  • Bachelor or equivalent by experience in Consumer Affairs
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to work under time pressure
  • Great organizational skills
  • Analytical skills
  • Proficient administrative & computer skills (Microsoft; experience with Trackwise is an asset)
  • Trilingual in speaking & writing (NL,FR,ENG)
  • Ability to learn internal procedures and product information
