Coordinator - Psychologist :
For this vacancy we are looking for a psychologist who is clinically qualified, has a solid and relevant experience in professional coaching within companies, and has a strong knowledge of the problems of physical accidents and associated reclassification actors. In particular, you are responsible for:

Profiel:
  • Klinische psychologie en psychopathologie, met een robuuste kennis van arbeidspsychologie en/of Human Resources.
  • Goede kennis van het ondernemingsklimaat en de spelers binnen de reïntegratie (Directie, human resources, bedrijfsarts ...).
  • Goede kennis van welzijnsregelingen.
  • Ervaring van minimaal 5 jaar in de gezondheidszorgsector, met goede kennis van sociale hulpmiddelen beschikbaar bij beperkingen.
  • Goede schriftelijke en mondelinge vaardigheden.
  • Goede beheersing van Word, Excel, Power
Point.
  • Kennis van de verzekeringsbranche is een pluspunt
