Country Brand Lead Endocrine Care

The role in summary:

As Country Brand Lead (CBL) Endocrine Care you are accountable to drive, co-develop and co-implement the best-in-class omnichannel strategy, for the Endocrine portfolio, consisting of creative digital and non-digital marketing strategies and tactics in close collaboration with the local and glocal cross-functional (XF) team members.

The Position

  • Responsible for the development of the local strategic and tactical omnichannel plans for Somavert-Genotonorm-Ngenla based on customer/account/patient insights in alignment with XF- team members
  • Build & execute a launch excellence omnichannel plan for Ngenla
  • Lead and coordinate the in-country XF-Endocrine team whilst shaping and strengthening the portfolio approach
  • think on new creative and innovative ways of interacting with our customers while keeping patient centricity at the core of all activities.
  • successfully increase our customer and patient impact through new digital channels and further optimization of current non-digital channels.
  • able to take ownership and drive projects from conceptualization to implementation.
  • share and gather knowledge and best practices with/from other BU’s and from omnichannel marketing teams above country and externally.
  • support acceleration of new capabilities, including omnichannel marketing
  • active monitoring of developments in the healthcare environment, trends, competitor activities, customer- and patient-insights
  • accountable for the planning, spending & controlling of allocated marketing budget
  • Drive KOL/patient advocacy groups development and advocacy in accordance with Pfizer policies and maintain personal contact with selected key customers/KOLs
  • Drive access strategy and support the XF access team to achieve the desired access, pricing and reimbursement
  • Ensure high standards of Compliance to norms, policies, and procedures

This is an individual contributor role.

Possible location: Brussels, Ixelles. This position is not eligible to relocation.

Your skills

  • Master in Life science, Marketing, Business or equivalent.
  • Min. 1 to 3 years proven working experience in Marketing and/or Omnichannel Marketing
  • Able to understand strategic business needs and customer insights and translate them into clearly defined digital and/or non-digital marketing campaigns
  • advanced knowledge of non-digital (incl. more traditional) marketing tactics as well as digital marketing tactics (eg. Email Marketing, Search Engine Marketing, Social Media Marketing, etc.)
  • Digital campaign management (planning, launch, ad testing, etc.)
  • Ability to analyse data, interpret and communicate clear, actionable recommendations
  • Identifies, measures and evaluates key performance metrics
  • Challenges status quo to drive innovation
  • Experience interacting with external customers & stakeholders and acting upon customer insights
  • Fluency in Business English as well as Dutch or French, with a minimal requirement to understand and communicate in both languages

The following qualifications are a plus:

  • Experience in pre-launching and launching new medecin(s)
  • Relevant experience in Endocrinology
  • Experience in pharma policies, procedures and compliance
  • Digital Marketing Certificates
  • Knowledge of website analytics tools (eg. Adobe Analytics)
