What’s the opportunity?

We are looking for someone who wants to excel in an international working environment by focusing on credit collection. As part of the Finance team, the Credit Officercan take on the following challenges:

• Based on a sound understanding of the credit control practices, engaged in the daily credit management operations
• Contribute to determination of credit limits and regular control review of the established credit limits
• Key advisory role towards the business in determining payment terms & conditions
• Ensure the timely collection of open accounts receivable
• Be the key contact to our customers to follow up on payments and collection of information
• Ownership role in driving actions to bring and keep the overdue receivables below target
• Take up key functions in debt collection like daily assigning and booking of incoming payments
• Responsible for all credit related management reporting
• Contribute to the establishment and operational follow-up of customer-to-cash best-practices and finance processes
• Work on ad-hoc finance assignments/projects and act as back-up for the Finance Manager

Your experience

If you’ve got these in your background, we should talk.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, economics or equivalent work experience
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in credit collection / treasury
• Proficient in MS Office & Excel
• Experience with SAP/SAP Byd is an advantage
