Our Client, a well-known and international player in electronics (and more!), is looking for a CRM Campaign Specialist.

As CRM Campaign Specialist with a focus on B2B you are responsible for the ins and outs of the e-mail & push campaigns and you will translate CRM briefings into reality, from brief to send-out: copy, digital assests, segmentation, tracking & reporting and send-out schedule. You will do project management to ensure that the communication stream matches with market and business divisions and to ensure the campaign strategy is adopted.

Your responsabilities:
Translate a campaign briefing into a full-fledge campaign, taking into account design, copywriting, all digital assets, segmentation, tracking & reporting

Work in close collaboration with other in-house team resources and coordinate with the Supplier’s resources

Project management to ensure the communication stream matches with market and business divisions and to ensure strategy is adopted.

Assist the B2B Campaign manager in setting up an integrated B2B (CRM) strategy

Support the CRM manager in various ad hoc requests including AO optimizations, reporting, creation of slides

Work closely together with the other CRM specialists and team lead to identify and implement improvements in the consumer journey to maximize conversion and campaign results.

Is this you? Yes if:
Prior experience in setting up (B2B) e-mail campaigns / nurture flows

Are fluent in Dutch and English (French is a plus!).

Experience in creating e-mail wireframes, briefing designers & copywriters

Are very well organized and have no problem multitasking on different projects at the same time.

You work independently and can set your own priorities.

Are focused and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

A healthy interest in data is a strong bonus
