The Impact You will Make in this Role

As a Customer Business Analyst (m/f/*)you will play a central and important role in our team: analyzing and presenting sell out data (POS) in order to deliver clear insights, direction and recommendations to maximize sales opportunities. Your analytical and presentation skills will be used both internally and with our most important key accounts.

Geographical scope: Central Europe (Germany, Benelux, Switzerland & Austria)

You will be joining our talented and international Consumer Business Group team.

Here, you will make an impact by:

• Working in close collaboration with the data conditioning teams (located in the US & Poland) to ensure accuracy & timely availability of POS data in PowerBI
• Applying your analytical skills to internal, external & syndicated datasets to interpret information, examine variables, ask the right questions and draw conclusions to support decision making.
• Presenting data and key facts in a dynamic & convincing way to internal stakeholders and strategic key accounts.
• Actively participating in planogram optimization (JDA Space Planner).

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role, 3M is looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

• Master’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, IT or economics or a demonstrated course of study in any of those areas.
• A passion for data visualization and interpretation with at least one proven work experience in data analytics in finance, sales, marketing or supply chain.
• Strong presentation and storytelling skills. Ability to deliver the insights that inspire others to take actions on your recommendations.
• IT know-how:High level of proficiency with Microsoft Power BI.Programming experience with DAX and Python.Basic understanding of data structures, SQL and data related best practices.
• Fluent in English. German, French and/or Dutch skills is a plus.

This position is located in Central Europe (Germany, Benelux, Switzerland & Austria).
Our headquarters are based in Neuss (DE), Diegem (BE), Delft (NL), Rüschlikon (CH) and Vienna (AU).
