Our team, based in Mechelen, is looking for new colleagues to help shape the future!

You are responsible for several countries in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. You are the first point of contact and are responsible for the cross departmental coordination, both internally and externally, along the process between the order and the delivery of the product. You have daily contacts with international customers and colleagues. To help you succeed you are a part of our Customer Service team.

Your Main Tasks Include
  • Being the first point of contact for external and internal customers and distributors
  • Communicating proactively and managing the follow up of lead times
  • Handling orders while ensuring compliance with legal procedures and documents
Profiel

That’s why we’re looking for a Customer Service Coordinator with this profile :
  • You have a bachelor degree in Logistics, Languages or similar
  • You are looking for a challenging job within a global organization
  • You have experience in SAP. Experience in Export and Customer Service is a plus
  • You are fluent in English and German
  • Knowledge of any other language is a plus
  • You are a team player with strong social and communication skills. Customer satisfaction is your main concern
  • You are a quick learner, especially when it comes to IT systems.
  • You are an accurate worker and are stress-resistant
